I started building in 2020 when we all stopped leaving the house. I built whatever I could, workbenches, jewelry boxes, picture frames, coasters, and of course tables. I fell in love with it. When you finally pour finish on something you’ve been perfecting for months, seeing the grain pop, it’s pure satisfaction. After building several different pieces of furniture and countless picture frames, I narrowed my focus. Something about tables intrigued me. Maybe it’s the large flat surface that can showcase a massive wood slab. Maybe it’s the intersection between functionality and art. More likely I just enjoy doing what I’m good at.
